If i do 8 minutes abs (9 excersizes) 2 or more times a day, will that PREVENT me from getting results? Is it better to just do it once a day?

I am a persoanl trainer and doing excessive ab exercises will hinder your results. While your abs are a resistance muscle you dont want to do them different times of the day. You need to have them recover first. And depending on your weight and BF% you may want to do cardio cause building muscle around your abdomin wont show if you have fat there!! good luck

It won't prevent you from getting results completely. What does the program suggest? If it says to do two sessions a day, do that. With most any exercise program or routine, you tend to hit a plateau after awhile...basically at that time you need to step it up a notch and work harder....confuse the muscles by not doing the same moves all the time or in the same sequence. Try doing some stretching and also some light weights to help work the upper body, which I've been told, in turn works the core. Best of luck!!

ok heres a sturdy habitual. if u "sense the burn" its a sturdy element and ability its working. be sure u consume healthful too. do 10-30 leg lifts(the two legs at comparable time. then do a table certain rep(carry it halfway for 20 seconds. then if u have a settee, draw close ur legs over the lower back help of settee, do a little finished variety take a seat ups. approximately 10-40. then do a 10-40 2d table certain rep. do primary. it may artwork.

It is possible to over due exercise. I used to over do ab exercises and I ended up with stomach hernia. I am not saying this would happen to you, but you should be aware of the dangers of over exercising any part of your body. Easy does it - don't try to have a body beautiful over night!
