MOST DEFINITELY NOT!! Is there any particular reason you are still a virgin? Not that there's anything wrong with that - just unusual!! Is it because you're shy? If so, then I would be thinking about seeing a prostitue before sleeping with the cousin!! There are WAY too many complications to even think about doing that! Plus it's called incest. I'm 17 and I'VE CHOSEN TO REMAIN A VIRGIN UNTIL I GET MARRIED. Not that I'm trying to force my beliefs on you or anything. Do you know what could happen? You could get pregnant, have a little baby growing inside of you, and you're only 38. You could get an STD or AIDS, no man will ever want to be with you again, and you're life would be over at 38. Don't you want your first time to be with someone you love, someone who won't walk out after he got what he wanted? Guys will do shitty things to you for the rest of your life. a. Have super-strong religious values that forbid sex until marriage (which has presumably not happened) in which case, you should accept that God may not have sex as a part of His plan for your life (hey-- it's you're religion, not mine).
b. You're super-shy and need to work on your self-confidence (through therapy, self-help books, etc) and people skills (by getting out in public and interacting with perfect strangers)
or
c. You're really ugly. Sorry, I've no tips for that one. Maybe get a great personality?
