Yeah that's pretty bad. It also sucks that businesses have to take precautions when they close because if a burglar breaks in and slips and falls (or otherwise hurts himself) while he's robbing the place, the burglar can sue the business. Also, if someone breaks into your home and you shoot them (or hurt them defending yourself and your property) you can be sued if the person gets off of your property.

She will still be locked up, just in a mental hospital, which is not much better than jail. As a mother I know this women must be insane. She can not possibly just be a criminal. To kill your children is about as far out there as I can imagine. She definitely belongs somewhere where she can be kept from hurting anyone else. Try to open your mind and not just look at the simple facts. Even criminals had something happen to them to make them do what they did. I do not believe any baby is born bad. I have been abused most of my life and I don't go around hurting anyone, but that doesn't make me a better person. I did not choose to be who I am, I don't think anyone, if given the choice of how there life was gonna go, would choose a road to prison or the insane asylum. Count yourself lucky that you were not driven in that direction. There is a saying, There but for the grace of God go I, or judge not lest ye be judged, I am not religious but those are two very good points.

Andrea yates was also sentenced to a maximum security mental health facility where doctors estimate she will needs several decades of care , at a minimum. so shes not going anywhere. Trust me shed be better off in prison. In this place she wont even get to see a fork, or a glass, shell eat off plastic , and spoons and cut her food with little safety scissors and she will be watched 24 hours a day for the rest of her natural life. Although of course id rather throw her overboard in the pacific and see how long she can swim...but thats just me.

Yates= delusional
Dog Killer Man= Sick
She was deeply insanely depressed. The disturbingly depressed often see the world as so horrible that they feel like killing others is in a way "saving them" from living in an evil world. At the time when she killed her children she thought she was saving them, she was nuts.
Killing a dog is an early warning sign of serious mental disturbance. Ted Bundy and Jeffery Dahmer were psychopaths who killed for some sick joy and felt no remorse. This is very different then someone who kills because they think they are saving people they love.
