Im a shy guy, so NO.dont make the first move but give him a situation that will give him the chance to make the first move.If he doesn't take the first chance dont get frustrated.Hes shy(hell im shy) so make sure he knows exactly how you feel about him. Try not to throw hints it gets confusing cuz he might not take it the way you want. So no, dont make the first move, make HIM comfortable enough to make the first move. He will. I know.

You should make the first move, because shy boys tend to stand back and watch, not get involved. (that is practically the definition of shy) They always think that things will work out themselves. They don't, though. This should be the ONE time that you DO work it out for him!

YES!!! If there is a remote possibility that he likes you go for it-- you will never know unless you try and you would hate to look back one day and think, I wonder if so and so was the guy for me...
