Good question...
I say absolutely not... don't forget about the civil war and the revolutionary war... neither of which were religious in origin or nature... There was also the Korean War too

What is the context of TIME involved with your question?
Before WW1 and 2 - humans killed thousands for religous reasons, in wars and just daily life. Jesus didn't stone that women (sorry I'm a bad Catholic - but you remember the story - I hope). in that town. But in the next town they were stoning people for breaking the laws.
Ok. AFTER WW1 and 2...
As time has gone by the weapons used for killing have improved a hundred fold. So we are killing quicker and also quieter. Many are killed - but not reported or found. Global news agents tell us more stories - plus thelocal ones, if it bleeds it leads is how the news organizations present the stories. These add up quickly.
So unfortunately - we have not stoped - just paused to reload - it looks like. Sorry.

The Inquisition of the middle ages slaughtered millions of Christians who did not agree with the Roman religion.
In modern time, the greatest slaughter, so far, has been Islamics in Sudan slaughtering 2 million Christians in the 1990's and the early 21st Century. They also slaughtered a half million of their fellow Islamics during the past decade. And the UN casts a blind eye.
Wouldn't it be ironic if the Sudan leader becomes the King of the South?

Yes it has. With the fall of the Roman Empire, the librarian of Alexandria was pulled off her carriage and skinned alive. Literacy dropped. Even the Pope had to have the Bible read to him. In the first crusade, Christians killed tens of thousands of people they called "infidels". The Children's Crusade (1212) caused the deaths of nearly 50,000 children. Preachers sentenced to death and executed thousands during the Inquisition (1233-1834) for heresy and witchcraft. There were the the Salem witch trials (1692) in America. The 17th Century Thirty Years War (Catholics v. protestants) wiped out tens of millions in Europe. In the Taiping Rebellion in China in the 1850's a Christian cult started a war that resulted in the slaughter of twenty million people. In the Holocaust six million Jews were murdered. Muslims and Christians in Bosnia reached a death toll of over 250,000.

Thirst for power and wealth causes war. Religion sometimes provides an excuse. Where there are abusive people, they find if they can insert themselves into a religion as a leader - they can and will take advantage of trusting natures to achieve their goals.
Muslims under the proper leadership for example would have no terrorists or extremists who force conversion. However, under the leadership of people who wish to attain power (and or wealth), you have no peace.

Very few wars have been religious, in the west, at least. The Muslims killed a lot of people while converting them , but they can't touch the world wars, and their aftermaths, in Europe.

WWI and WWII.. compared to all of the blood spilled in the name of religion throughout history? They're not even close to being in the same league.
And the argument can be made, in WWII at least, that religion did play a major role.

I would say yes. Also, during the dark ages the catholic church killed millions, and tortured them first. Some of them were killed for owning a bible. Not making this up. It can be checked out. A priest may tell you if you ask him.

I don't' think there are any wars besides religious ones. They are all about creating a utopia where there is one law, and everyone obeys. You worship who they want you to worship, work where they want you to work, live how they want you to live. From Nazi's to extremist Islam to Evangelical Catholicism, it's all been in the name of God hasn't' it.
