if illegal immigrants are not breaking the law, than can i go rob a bank and smoke pot and snort some crack because that is illegal? i mean, doing something illegal doesn't mean you get in trouble right?

you don't find them and kick them out, you punish the employer (slave drivers) for hiring with big penalties and jail time, if they can't get a job, they will go home

This is the biggest problem with ignoring illegal immigration. A law on the books is being ignored by our government; and can you blame the 12 million people for breaking it when the government looks the other way.

I want to start a rally for 12 million that want to stop paying taxes and then ask for amnesty after a few years. Hope you'll join me.

You are a citizen and there are laws governing your behavior. Yes laws are in place to keep immigrants out but what do we do when they are caught? Send them home? At our expense? You would just get the same supporters of immigration complaining about how we are abusing there rights. What the U.S. needs to do is start holding the country these people are coming to accountable for there own people. Impose sanctions and close trading and hurt these countries politically until they get it under control. After all, it is not "our" people crossing illegally, why should it be us that have to take care of it?

You make a valid point. They are breaking the law. however, there are way too many people that believe in being overly sympathetic to the needs of these law breakers.

There is an upside. These people will also come to your defense if you get hooked on crack because it's now considered an illness instead of a stupid carelessness.

Have fun.

This particularly pisses me off because my wife is English and applying to get into the country, but because of all the "illegals" that are now filing to STAY here her paperwork is backed up 6-12 months.

That's illegal? Who knew. I was raised on that stuff and I'm perfectly fine.

LOL..
I feel the same way, but true born-Americans are the new minority..we have less rights than anyone else who steps foot in our country..

Its a darn shame...
but hun, you wouldn't want to snort crack..it would hurt like heck..

I'm beginning to think we would have more rights if we became illegals in a different country, but that wouldn't happen because other countries care more about their natural citizens than they do the illegals..

Umm, illegal immigrants are breaking the law, hence the word "illegal". Snort some crack? Maybe you should lay off the drug references until you know what they are. You do not snort crack.

Why work illegally when you can just get paid from robbing a bank - they don't lose cuz they got insurance - and who pays for that? Not you or me.

lol, do you think I give a crap if an illegal is a little guy? I've been the little guy my whole life, no one gave a crap about me - screw em and deport em, and JAIL the owners!!!

Stop being so stupid. Illegal immigrants are breaking the law but by coming here they are not harming themselves or anyone else. If your dumb a*ss robs a bank or does drugs you're hurting yourself and other people that are dumb enough to be around you.

Illegal is already breaking the LAW

theoretically yes, but what the illegals are doing is illegal. its just that the goverment wont do nothing bout them.
put it this way, its only illegal if you're caught.
its only a crime if you're a criminal. i hate to say this, but a majority of crime and criminals go unsolved and uncaught.
so if u think u got the smarts and the guts, then go ahead, but please dont hurt anyone, and u should know that u will be hurting the little people. not the greedy giant corporations that are the real criminals of this country.
