Do the same yourself and get real with your studies and or work. Girls are in too much of a hurry to enter into relationships that are bound to burn out very quickly when they are young. They make guys and be all and end all of importance in their lives. Funny thing is that in this world we 'want what we can't have' and run scared when we can actually have it. Don't let him see your heartbreak and don't convince yourself to be more and more upset than is necessary. Hold your head up and be somebody.

Just give him some space, if he hated you, he would tell you! If you give up after saying that, he'll be super ticked so DON'T! Just let him think it over for about a week and see how it goes. After that, try to see what hes thinking about everything and then if he can't deal with it, just accept him as a person your only going to be friends with and go on to greater things (better guys).

Depends on how long you have been with this guy. It sounds to me like he is trying to brush you off nicely. Give him his space. Why be with someone if they don't want you. Maybe he does just need some time to re-evaluate things. But from my own experiences, he's just trying to get out of the situation.

Give him time to himself....the rest of his life! The book is correct, it's over...they're plenty of dog's in the pound...or "fish in the sea".

girl quit trippin a book is not gonna help you. if you want your man go for it, as long as your not buggin him aroud the clock you should be fine. just don't call him all day or go by his house. asking him how he is doing make it short and get off the phone that way he know you are thinking of him, but you are not STALKING him

I'd leave him alone for a little bit and try talking to other people to see what they have done in this situation but if he hasn't called you in 4 days... There is a problem and you would need to confront him.
