this is an easy question. Its called discipline and motivation. You need to look into yourself and find out what motivates you. Is it someone telling you to get your butt in the gym, then find a partner. The best thing you can do is hire a personal trainer. He will customize a program for you set times to see him and motivate you to do more then you could do your self. plus he will cost money and that always motivates people. Dont wanna waste money. As for the guy saying eventually you fall off. Thats 100%not true. just remember that fitness isnt a remedy its a lifestyle!

i joined a gym and signed up for sessions with a personal trainer to help motivate me... also, i bought an outfit i love in a size smaller than the one i wear on purpose; so that i have a goal to achieve!!!
so far, it's working.. my jeans are a size and a half too big now *grin*

Remember how important it is for you to get exercise.
Do you have time to exercise for an hour a day or to be dead for 24 hours a day?

get a buddy to do it with you, or sign up for classes such as martial arts. this way you know you HAVE to go and do everything your teacher tells you to do.
