The lady who owed my house before me let her Dog Go to the bathroom in the basement and than she covered it with carpet, When I started gutting the basement the Odor got really strong and every time it gets humid in the basement the Odor gets really really bad. It is soaked into the Tile and the Concrete. Other than ripping the tile does anyone know any product that will kill the odor instantly that will also soak into the concrete and kill it.

Well, I've used Bleech, Petzyme, Natures Miracle... Fabulouso.. Ect...
It just seems like thats not working....

there is a product that you can buy from your vet. most don't carry it, its called X-O. comes in 2 sizes 8 oz or 1 gallon. it is very costly 60.00 for the gallon and that's cost. it is well worth the money because it works so well.the supplier we've gotten it from is Henry schine if they don't order from them you may be able to call one of the warehouses that ship . there is one in sparks, Nevada i don't know the phone number but the area code is 775 good luck.

We had the same problem in a rental house we owned. We doused the area with Nature's Miracle (available at Petsmart), leave it to dry and voila the odor is gone. If necessary treat the area a second time but let the stuff sit to soak into the concrete. Our floor was not tiled, it was bare concrete but you can try it. If it is a linoleum or composite tile that is glued down it may be loosened by this process.
My parents lake home had odiferous carpeting that was laid over a thick pad and a concrete floor. When they pulled it up all three layers had been soaked through, everywhere. Removing carpet and pad helped, but they still needed to treat the concrete. They used a steam cleaner on it, then used the Nature's Miracle treatment above, twice. When it was completely dry they prepped the floor and painted two coats of sealer (Kilz brand) on it. New pad, new carpeting and no hint of the odor any more.

Yes, there is a way to get that odor out.
There is a product called "Urine Be Gone" sold at Walgreens. It is one of those As-Seen-On-TV sort of things. After you clean the floor the best you can, just spray a heavy layer and let dry with good ventalation. It is not toxic and requires no rubber gloves.
I have used the product in my own grandmother's house who let her dog go in the hall way a lot. Works Great!!!
