There are some excellent websites for teaching bible studies to youth available free ... search engines will help you find them and ways to bring across the teaching points ...
The age range you're teaching is quite extensive understanding wise ... you didn't say if you had them in seperate sessions ...
Sometimes it's helpful to flow from your pastor's message for Sunday ... but in a more child-friendly interpretation..
Have fun ... Sunday Schools are great places to minister in ...

on a similar time as coaching a team of three year olds is a clever thank you to coach for having a toddler of your guy or woman, it may do basically extra harm to the infants on a similar time as you attempt to benefit out of your blunders - in case you're even attentive to them. it may be extra proper in case you and your fiance have been to alter with one yet another and you the two share coaching with a extra matured make certain, best one that has a clue approximately coping with 3 year olds. our infants are our maximum useful commodity, in case you surely could ask questions like this, you would be extra proper off asking precisely what you will teach and no count if this is the superb ingredient for them.

I think teaching about mitzvah would be very appropriate for kids 5-12.
The Hebrew word "mitzvah" means good deed... one that is done just for the sake of doing a good deed. If you brag about your good deed, it's no longer a mitzvah. It's you wanting a pat on the back.
There's a synagogue near my house whose sign outside says "Beth Israel... Making the world better one mitzvah at a time."
You don't need to be a Jew to do a mitzvah.
