I have Excema. It happens to me all the time, on the crook of my arm too. Cortisone will help in the long run. But. to make it stop itching instantly grab a bag of frozen peas or corn and hold the bag on the itchy part. It really really helps.

Try sitting in soda water for about 30 min. That will relief the itching & the red ness will go away too.

try coal tar gel or benadryl it may be a react to a tick bite if it has a redish ring around it see a MD

dont scratch it that leads to a rash, buy itch relief cream and DONT ITCH IT , you can try lightly rubbing it it helps me

Are you taking any antibiotics? That is a side affect. Also the other side of your elbows.
