What about all the homeless families that need our "wasted" use of time?

Are you serious? Only the homeless need help? You sound pretty judgmental for such a "good person". Maybe you should make a list of criteria for who deserves help and who doesn't. I figure we all need some help sometimes and some of us give what we can when we can, and get what we can from where we can get it. Try getting over yourself Mother Theresa.

I am seriously here to ask and help to the best of my ability. If I had a sitter who would come to my house in the late evenings when I am usually on here I would surely go and do something outside of my home for homeless or whomever needed it. As I don't I'll have to settle for helping with the tools I have available. If my answers help but one person....to me it is time well wasted.

One might also turn the question around to you.....

Yes, I am. The homeless families are also being supported by me financially as well as my time spent in the soup kitchens. I don't spend that much time here but when I'm here, I try to help someone. Even by answering some unnecessary questions.

Nice question.

Yes I am on here to ask and help.

I dont answer a question or ask one that does not actually have a point behind it or backed up information.

The homless, needy, animals in shelters, ect DO get my help.

I volunteer three times weekly for 7 hours a day in a facility to feed and clothe the homeless, collect cans for the needy, or I work at a shelter to help get the animals adopted into loving familes.

I truthfully think that I dont waste my time.

I'm seriously here to help and enjoy answering some of these questions. Unfortunately, the new home established in our city to help the homeless is filled with many, many people with mental health issues. I'm not trained to help (our state closed down mental health institutions that actually helped many of these people years ago). I do avolunteer at a center for runaway teens though. And I work full-time. Answering yahoo.questions is relaxing and better than watching television. Don't you think?

To help, yes. To seriously ask,? some times. To ask for fun, some times. Does it really matter?
