You are making this question very hard to answer.
Are you trying to say that you have a friend who is a "wet back"? Indeed, you would sound rather prejudiced (note how the word 'prejudiced' is spelled).
It might be better to say that you have a friend who is in the United States illegally. His sister is beautiful. You are thinking of marrying her. Are you concerned that, if you marry her, your children might not be legal U.S. citizens? Are you concerned that, if you marry her, your children will be half your culture and half your wife's culture, and you think that might be difficult for them?

Yes, nationalities will be combined if you decide to have childen. They will be a product of whatever mix of nationalities you have, plus those of your wife. This really should not be a concern in this day and age.
