Dry those eyes and try to move on, ( I know it's easier said then done) but sometimes u have to have it a little rough to be able to handle things. I bet he's not crying, so why should u stay home a cry over him?

Get ur girlfriends together and go out and have urself a good time, it's a big world out there ur a free woman now, so go out and enjoy it.

While ur out having fun u may meet the next man of ur dremas and u would have to worry about " whats his name" anymore. =-)

Don't cry, girl! You keep your head up. Hey, boys come and go. You'll find that special someone later. What you gotta do is take your mind off him. You gotta go out with some friends, watch a movie, etc. The whole point is for you to get distracted. I know it hurts when someone breaks up with you. I feel you. What I did is just distract myself as much as I can. Anyways, to be frank, she wasn't worth it for me to feel that way. She was a immature little girl. Well I can't say that about the guy cause I don't know. But try to forget. If you keep thinking about it, you are going to hurt yourself. I wish you my very best. Now stop crying, girl. Take care. Good Luck!

Keep sobbing . It will help get the grief of loss out of your system.
Then get a bunch of friends together and go out and eat pizza till you can hardly stand up. Laugh with your friends. Then start hunting a new and better partner.

Talk to your best friends and get everything off of your chest. My girlfriend of 6 1/2 months recently broke up with me and I was really depressed cause I didn't wanna talk to anyone about it, but when I talked to some of my best friends they started to take care of me and come and hang out more often, and soon you will not feel as bad. I wish I could say you will forget about it, but its just not that easy to let go this soon.

All you can do is cry and stop and cry and stop and cry and stop until finally you stop for good. I don't know the particulars, but your heart will heal eventually. I hope you feel better soon. There are lots of guys who would love to make you smile again, so be careful choosing your next love so you don't get hurt again.

let it all out... i know how you feel; i've been through it before... it might help if you get a journal/ diary and write down all your feelings in there... that always made me feel better... but cry for as long as you want to...

maybe get together with your friends, call them up and talk to them about it... they could try to cheer you up because they should know what you like...

just get rid of all those bad feelings you got inside you
