I'd be smooth belgian milk chocolate ice cream on a chocolate tipped waffle cone, with a nicely rich chocolate fudge topping. I'd be sprinkled with bittersweet chocolate shavings. (There is a company here in Australia that makes ice cream similar to this...it's one of my favourites).
If not that, then i'd be a serving of delicately flavoured sticky rice, or turkish delight (with turkish delight pieces mixed in) ice cream in a cup (my other favourite ice creams).
