I paid for this expensive item, but I believe it is worth every penny. If you have a little frizz that needs tamed, this will work. I believe that it comes in two different models......one has one heat setting and the other has two settings. I purchased the one with just one heat setting, which is still very hot. It doesn't take long at all to straighten my thick hair. What is really nice too is that you can even had a little curl to the ends with the Chi iron just tilt it instead of pulling it straight. I absolutely love this product.

I have a CHI straightener, and that i used to imagine the completed CHI fetish develop into stupid too, even if it actually isnt. they're striking! It relies upon on the easily iron itself, yet maximum (if no longer all) CHI straighteners include a warmth sensor interior that adjusts to the splendid temp on your hair. countless more less expensive straighteners have a self-adjusting warmth, which leaves better room for hair damage, because maximum folk do not recognize what temp to position the straightener. maximum CHI straighteners are thinner, meaning the straightening is truly better precise. CHI makes use of ceramic straightening plates, at the same time as different organizations many times use metal, it really is worse on your hair. CHI also makes a ton of significant hair retaining products too. =]

I've heard that chi is one of the best there is on the market, if you can afford it. I can only wish I had the money for one. Just a reminder..when you straighten your hair you need to get heat treatment spray, this keeps the heat from damaging your hair too much.

They are the best I have had mine for 2 years and it still works like new. I had so many before and they would all break or stop working within a few months and this one has lasted and paid for itself a long time ago.
