The whole thing about flirting is making her feel special rather than commenting on her appearance. Basically you have to notice the little things she does that the normal guy wouldn't point out. For example if you notice her nail polish matches her top tell her that. By giving her observations like that you can tell how she'l lreact to your other complaments. If she reacts well make good eye contact, smiles at her, laugh at her jokes, give her a nickname, and tease her as you go on, and see where it takes you. Don't give her too much, leave her wanting more next time.

hey! I'm in 9th grade too. Flirting is easy.
1.Be nice, pleasant
2.Talk to the person like their your best friend. Talk to them about things THEY are interested in.
3.Joke w/them, laugh, make THEM laugh.
4. Appearence. dress nice, make them think your hot. or looking hot just for them. (BRUSH YOU HAIR!!!!) girls like a guy w/nice hair.
5. Dont ever say anything negative, that you know will upset them. Remember girls are sensitive.
6. The tone of your voice should almost be sing songy.
7.Be playful, but dont touch them, they might not want you to think they are your toy. (yet)

first u walk up 2 the guy/girl and say hi how u doing(insert name here)
as u aproch 2 say hi u lean on the shoulder
make sure that when u say hi u du it with a sweet voice.
then u sit next to him/her or stand next 2 him/her if standng but dont leave the hand out of the shoulder.
tell how "different" he looks and ask how he is duing .
wen u leave say bye(insert cutest nickname here)

just talk and have fun most of the time other people think ur flirting if u touch ur hair a lot or touch the other person..eye contect is another thing...more then 10 sec is way to long...so keep it below the 10...smile a lot...

Flirting comes naturally to me though, and I tend to get in trouble because of it. Just be nice and a little suggestive. Not rude though. I can't really tell you how to be more flirtatious though. Good luck.

be subtle.
try to lean on them "by accident" erri now and then.

be confident. if ur a girl, then touch the guys arm while talking to him, if ur a guy then compliment her. both gender -- smile!!
