I don't know if this will fit or not, but years ago I knew this drag queen who named his greyhound "Attitude." As soon as I read that your cat was an older cat, I thought it might be apropos. But that's for you to decide ;)

Give her a girl's name such as Sally, Debbie, Betty, Bonnie, etc. When you give cats a human being name, you are more likey to appeciate them and take better care of them.
