I want to congratulate you on such great work. Plateaus can last for weeks. Just increase your exercise activity by 15 minutes more a day and ignore the scale for 2 weeks. Your body needs time to adjust. Keep up the good work.

Try going back to where you started on your diet, and then cut everything in half. Since you now weigh less, the caloric intake should be less. But continue to exercise the same. Sometimes your body just needs an adjustment.
