I do it everday for 30 mins, will it be bad for my bones and joints or good for them?

You ask an excellent question... probably one only a sports physician could answer. I know it's a great workout from personal experience, but at my age now, I know it wouldn't help my joints. Perhaps while you're young it'll be fine... but the next time you get a physical or see the doctor, I'd ask.

It depends if you're slightly hopping or jumping real high and landing pretty hard. But jumping rope is great exercise that I've been doing for years and never had a problem.

I don't believe it is bad for them, just make sure that you are bouncing rather than doing it stiffly, and go back and forth while jumping, otherwise it is bad for your heart.
