Use vanilla frozen yougurt, then add a hand full of frozen mixed berries, fresh peach slices and bannana.A tablespoon of honey and a little orange juice to make it "smoothie".Whirl in the blender 'til smooth.Pour into a big wine goblet that you have chilled in the frig over night, that is the start of a good day.
If you want to leave out the yougurt, just blend all the ingriedients together with a little soy milk or crushed ice, pineapple is a good thing to add too, freeze it first.Have a happy day.

It's easy, all you do is take some ice, frozen fruit and about 1/2 to 1 cup of fruit juice (depending on how much you are making) and throw it in a blender/ magic bullet and blend it together. You may have to shake it a few times to crush all the ice. It's great, I do it all the time.

My well-known: 3/4 - a million c vanilla yogurt a million banana, peeled 5 medium strawberries, rinsed & hulled a million/2 c milk 6-7 ice cubes Toss each thing in a blender, turn it on, and viola. yet another yum-o recipe: comparable as above, yet instead of banana and strawberry, toss in pineapple and pink or black raspberries. And yet another: cantaloupe and blueberries. savor! Edit: I in basic terms remembered, I made one final week with Stonyfield Farms Banilla yogurt, Knudsen's Pineapple Coconut juice, and a few ice. OMG yum!

Put a banana in a blender add sugar and a pinch of vanilla. The add choclate(like the one for choclate milk) and enough milk to cover the banana.
P.S:slit the banana in two before putting the two halfs in the blender
