Healthy adults, which I do not know if you're, must devour among 20 and 30 grams of fiber an afternoon. More than 50 an afternoon may also be bad. If you speedily develop your fiber consumption it will make lifestyles and digestion beautiful uncomfortable for you as your frame adjusts, so I propose a sluggish develop. Just since you cheated and ate poorly for a couple of days doesn't suggest you ought to panic and detox. Get again for your healthful nutrition and activity software and do not fear an excessive amount of approximately cleaning your approach. An consuming sickness often way binging, purging, or ravenous. Some folks use extra fiber and laxatives to drive themselves to make use of the toilet extra and shed extra pounds. If you consider you're doing this for a protracted interval of time, it can be time to speak for your health care provider. If it is for a couple of days since you suppose it is going to cleanse your approach, it is commonly now not a sickness - however just a certified healthcare professional can inform you for definite.

How many times a day does she eat this??..does she eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner??. Im one month in recovery from anorexia, mine started like that, i would eat 2 bits of toast for breakfast, then for lunch and the same with dinner, sometimes with marmite or sometimes with cheese spread, and i would also eat chocolate biscuits and only drink tea. I got told i wasn't eating enough food and it made me feel ill everyday and messed my digestive system up completly. I then restricted everything apart from 4 rich tea biscuis a day and ended up nealry dying. I weigh 74lbs and im 5'3, how tall is your friend??. She needs to eat different foods.

Well, she's not healthy. Has she always been very thin and picky. Some people will get into a food rut. How long has this been going on? Why not express concern to her family and see if she needs help.
