Sorry, but you are probably going to be stuck with the bilster for several days. Generally speaking, you should never "pop" a blister. The bilster is your skin reacting to some irritation and trying to protect itself. If you pop the bilster, you will take away that protection and it is possible for an ulceration to develop, not to mention infection now that you have a large open wound on your foot. Try and protect the area...wear shoes that don't rub there and change your socks frequently. Try the Dr. Scholl's bilster pads to place around the area to cushion and protect the blister. Or, you can purchase moleskin or molefoam (also from Dr. Scholls) and cut a donut out of it with the inner hole the size of the bilster and apply it. The moleskin is soft on one side and adhesive on the other--it keeps the shoe away from the bilster and reduces friction. Molefoam is similar, only thicker and padded. If the bilster pops on its own, wash the area with soap and water, drain it completely, and apply neosporin---but keep using the bilster pads or moleskin. Also, make sure that you use these for a day or two after the area is healed, so that you don't redamage it immediately. If you plan on doing something that you believe may cause a bilster in the future (such as hiking, or walking in a pair of shoes that you like but know will cause a bilster) you may want to apply tape to high friction areas, such as the heel and the ball of the foot. In the military we would completely wrap the feet of those plagued with blisters in duct tape before long marches, if nothing else was working for those poor souls.
However, your question was what to do about tomorrow and your party. I am imagining that you are going to be wearing heels...walking shoes would be better for you, but I can understand. Go to the store and buy heavy duty, waterproof band-aids by Nexcare. These are kinda new, they stick really well, come in several sizes, and are clear--so they should not show up too much. Good luck.

HI.. Usually this is done by a doctor because most blisters that require drainage are caused by something more serious like 3rd degree or 4th degree burns, crippling sunburns, or other complications. But, if you have a small blister that you just can’t stand anymore, you can get rid of that blister by following these simple steps: 1.Find a pin and drop it in a small bit of rubbing alcohol to sterilize it. 2.Puncture the blister in two separate places, and push lightly on the blister with the blunt side of the pin to push the fluid out. 3.Wash the blister with soap and water, applying antibiotic cream, and covering it with gauze. 4.Let the blister heal. Don’t tamper with it unless you really want an infection. Note : To avoid getting blisters it should be obvious that wearing work gloves and protective clothing is the first thing to do. Take Care

Get thee to a pharmacy ASAP and buy some Dr. Scholl's (or Band-aid) blister plasters. They're special bandaids for blisters and they're also basically the same colour as (well, a white person's) skin. It'll give you brand new skin in an instant and you won't feel any pain wearing your shoes anymore. They also heal them quicker. Make sure the blister is drained first though, if it isn't just sterilize a need with alcohol and puncture it. Hope this helps!

Get rid of foot blisters
People have been using dandelion leaves for years.
How to use
Apparently you have to squeeze a little of the white liquid of the dandelion onto the blister and then cover it with a bandage.
Caution: Only use dandelions that have not been sprayed with pesticides and if this liquid causes any discomfort, wash it off immediately. You could have a skin sensitivity to the substance.

Wayne D is giving good advice. As long as you don't break the blister it is sterile. In 3 days (approx) the fluid will be absorbed by the body and you will be left with what looks like a callous. Pad the blister so it doesn't break. If it does break, then you will have to treat it as you would any wound so it doesn't become infected.

It's just a blister,my friend. I would put Neosporin on it and a bandaid over it. That's all.

I don't recommend popping it at all. I'll just hurt and last for longer. Haven't heard of the neosporn though so maybe that will work? I still wouldn't pop it.

Cut your foot off! I wouldn't recommend it, but it's the fastest way of getting rid of the problem. Although, I guess it creates a few others...
