I have asked phone numbers from pretty girls directly and got refused couple of times. They don't refuse directly but indirectly, for example, My parents pay for my phone. (Means "Sorry buddy find your way for anothe route.")
It happened even for the girl who walked upto me,danced with me, had dinner together asks for my number, but didn't give her's. What should I do?

do to the increasing number of parents tracking their daughters phones I would take it hard... just give out your number and it should be good.

Women are understandably loathe to give out their phone numbers to strangers. There have been too many incidents of stalking for any female to feel safe.
Give her your phone number and if she's interested, she'll call you. But don't get upset if she doesn't. There are too many people out there willing to take a chance with you and if you get upset because you're not getting 100% acceptance with every woman you meet, you've got to start facing reality. Sometimes she just doesn't feel the chemistry you do. Maybe she dated some guy with exactly your haircut and he was a rotten person. She may not even realize it's your haircut that turns her off. All she knows is that she isn't interested. So give yourself and others a break -- offer your number. If she takes it, don't wait by the phone, just keep on with your life. Eventually, you'll meet someone on your "wave length" and it will all come together.

Keep asking women for their numbers. What's the big deal if a girl says no or gives you some silly excuse? Just ask the next woman that you meet who you find attractive. The law of averages will eventually play in your favor. Good luck!

No use in getting the phone numbers if the girls don't really dig you. When you call, they might just hang-up on you. Most likely girls will give the nos. easily once they know you better .

Its all in the presentation. At the end of the date or dinner or whatever say " I had a real good time and would like to do it again sometime, would you mind if I called you to go out...... (add your own options here) to see a movie, to go to the mall, to go to a party, etc. be sincere or they'll see right through your ploy.

Be polite, kind and nice, and be understanding. Don't try cheap pick-up lines or the like, because most girls hate that kind of thing. Just be you and be sweet. Good luck.

You should not ask anybody's number until you know them a bit more. I never give my number to strangers.

I wouldn't give out my number either, not until I really get to know someone... just continue to give your number and if she's interested she'll call you, if not, move on.

no harm if she doesn't want to give you her num,she might like you but only met you and doesn't want mad phone calls,try giving your number first then ask for theres,or just be happy with them taking yours!
