I have dry hair! thin hair, and falls off! I haven't blow dryed my hair for a week, I left it wet everytime I washed it....can it save my hair if I abandon the blow dryer until when it gets really cold??? can my hair grow more, and become more, and get smooth and silky?

not blowdrying it will make it more healthy, not using any heat (curling irons, flat irons) will also keep it healthy. If you want to blow dry it, use a thermal protector beforehand.
