Good enough name?

Is Eli Brett a good name for a boy.And is Zayllen Nicole a good name for a girl?

Not to be rude if I was a child I wouldn't like those names. Though I've picked out a very odd name for what i was my first girl to be. If you like it, go with it, worse comes to worse they get a nick name and go by it at school.

I would have to agree with some of the others who have previously answered. Eli Brett is not a bad name for a boy, but Zayllen is a very awkward name for a girl. The name itself is not bad, if you like it, but I would spell it differently. You will save your daughter a lifetime of having to spell her name for people if you spell it like it sounds -- for instance, I would spell it Z-A-E-L-Y-N. That way, there is no confusion.

Before you name your baby, take a good look at him or her and see if the name really fits.

Eli Brett is ok, Im not crazy about Eli but I like Brett. Zayllen is different but I think unusual names are cool, im Audra and I love having an unusual name. Although I think only one "L" is needed (like Zaylen) its less confusing, trust me when you name your baby something unusual, make it easy to read, or your kid will get so annoyed with people not being able to pronounce it correctly. Zaylen Nicole sounds nice together :)

Each person is going to have a different opinion, but what it boils down to is your personal preference. If you like the names then go with them. If you're second guessing them then don't go with them. It's hard to pick out baby names.

As for me personally, I dislike "Eli" a LOT. Brett is nice. Zayllen is cute, and Nicole is too plain. Just my opinion though, not my kids.. so remember that. :)

I love Eli. How would you pronounce the ll in Zayllen? Is it the same as Zaylene,Zayleen or Zayellen? I like Zaylene but not Nicole. That is my ex-daughter-in-law and she is a cheater and not a good mom(nice version). Heather Zalene is nice.Best wishes and congrats. Remember this child has to go to school with whatever name you decide on!You don't want them to be teased but these names are great.

Let me guess you are from Wisconsin and/or a packer fan. I like the names, but I will tell you this that every one in Wisconsin has a child with the name Brett or the middle name Brett so if you are not from there it would be very original.

i love, love the name eli brett but i am not too fond of zayllen nicole. but when it comes down to it, it is your child and you should name the child whatever you want. just remember that he or she will have to live with it forever. good luck!

i love Nathan. easily manly adequate. I recommend, are you able to imagine a lady named Nathan? Nathan is my brother's call, and he's under no circumstances been picked on for it. I have 2 friends named Nathan who were also under no circumstances picked on. both way, youthful little ones are not frequently picked on because of their call, that is significantly better their personality. I grew up wondering Metney develop right into a thoroughly regular call because it is the call of my chum. youthful little ones do not analyze names and do not recognize what's regular and what's not any longer... both way, Nathan is regular, and it is variety of stupid to imagine of it as a probably bully-able call. i love Nathan, easily an striking call in my opinion. i imagine it is tremendous, even if it really is probable usually through it being my brother's call.
