Did the guy have insurance? If not, get a denial letter from his former insurance company. Then give that letter to yours so you can use your UNINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE to pay for any damage to your car.

Meanwhile, the guy with no license should be sitting in jail somewhere because it's illegal to drive with no license.

not allot of info really, who caused the car wreck, just because thy had a suspended license won't get you out of it if you caused it, if thy did, check to see if the car that hit you had insurance, or not. also check your policy to see if you have uninsured motorist coverage, if you do thy will pay you then go after the other driver to get their money back, and thy have lots of lawyers for that, if not then you will need to get a lawyer and go after them your self.

get a lawyer..he shouldnt of been on the road..you'll get to sue him for all damages.
