its when a woman comes and gets her hair dryed by a brush and given a style, some women like to have it flat ironed after, but a blow out usually is just taking sections of the hair and drying them with heat then cooling them on a large brush and making the hair full of volume, style and texture

When a tire on a car blows off of the car and all of the tire is completely gone off of the car. Most of the time it happens because of the amount of tire pressure in the tire.

wel comon sense tells me that since u put it in the hair section ur reffering to the hair cut... its similar to a fade but instead of a high fade its more of a really low fade and the change is usually more drastic.. instead of a 2 and a 4 its more like a skin and a 3 er sumtin get it?

Well, since this is under the hair section - I doubt that the tire answer really applies here - A blow out is when a person blows their load in their hair - duh!!

can also be dealing with hair. so people hey their hair blown out. which is getting it straighted with a blow dryer.
