Willys cynical thought for the day,

To any of you out there who've yet to have kids; If you're still deciding whether or not to bring some into this poor world, I highly recommend you go to lunch at some freaking fast food place and sit next to a bunch of them!

At one point during a game, the coach called one of his 7-year-old baseball players aside and asked, "Do you understand what cooperation is? What a team is?"

Little Johnny nodded in the affirmative.

"Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose together as a team?"

Little Johnny nodded yes.

"So," the coach continued, "I'm sure you know, when an out is called, you shouldn't argue, curse, attack the umpire, or call him a pecker-head. Do you understand all that?"

Again the Little Johnny nodded.

He continued, "And when I take you out of the game so another boy gets a chance to play, it's not good sportsmanship to call your coach 'a dumb aszhole' is it?"

Again Little Johnny nodded.

"Good," said the coach. "Now go over there and explain all that to your mother." Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

That's sad but true. I've seen parents act like that many times and then they wonder where the child picks it up from.

There's one an identical, however it is approximately Chicago sporting events: Five Chicago sporting events fanatics had been mountain climbing a mountain at some point. Each was once partial to yet another Chicago sporting events group and each and every proclaimed to be essentially the most unswerving to their group. As they climbed bigger, they argued as to which certainly one of them was once essentially the most unswerving of all. They endured combating till they reached the highest. The Blackhawk’s fan hurled himself off the mountain, shouting, "that is for the Hawks" as he fell to his doom. Not short of to be outdone the Bulls fan threw himself off the threshold shouting "that is for the finest group of the ninety's" then the Bears fan jumped and mentioned " that is for DA COACH" the 2 ultimate fanatics checked out each and every different in shocked silence. After a minute the Sox fan bellowed... "THIS IS FOR THE SOUTH SIDE!" AND THEN HE PUSHED THE CUBS FAN OFF THE MOUNTAIN!!!!

It's a funny joke, but with a very good moral teaching to it. All too often parents forget their role at the kids' sporting events.
