im 13, 5'0, and im about 85 pounds.
im almost underweight but i just cant gain weight as such as my mom wants me too, she says im way to skinny and stuff like that.Whatever! lol
well u see my stomick seems to be pretty fine but the sides are a lil too big. how can i get them smaller? like just a lil bit???

When you say your "sides" you mean your hips or your actual midsection? Your hips being a bit wide are quite feminine and perfectly normal, so don't worry about that.

Like the other people already wrote, as long as you do moderate exercise and eat healthy balanced food and treat your body right as far as getting enough sleep etc., you should be fine. Your weight will level itself out over time as you mature through your teenage years and your hormones settle down. I don't have a weight chart in front of me but 85 pounds sounds about right for being 5 feet tall.

Young girls (as well as older teenagers, adult women, any female really) usually has some sort of body image issues, so I can't tell you to magically make your natural instincts go away, I can say that guys have always found girls to be attractive because they have testosterone and therefore a powerful sex drive. If girls would know how attractive they are to guys they'd go easy on the makeup and not worry nearly as much... Whatever, just my two cents....

Eat a healthy well balanced diet. Breakfast being the most important meal of the day and exercise daily. Don't starve yourself or be excessive. If you eat healthy and exercise, you'll be fine. Oh yeah, drink plenty of water!!

You are awfully young and as you get a bit older, I'll bet you'll develop a more defined waistline and your hips will widen a bit. Don't get in a hurry. You are certainly not overweight! Please try to eat healthful foods and stay away from a lot of junk food and empty calories.

Just keep doing what your doing. Your going to be going through some big changes shortly. Worry about you body style and wieght in a couple years..

If you eat a proper diet..and do normal activities..maybe regular exercise, you should be fine..as you get older your body will change..
