Adam and Eve WERE the first church. WE are the church. Not the building where we meet. So nope---they didn't have to get frequent rider miles on any dinosaur. :-)

No human beings lived while dinosaurs were alive.
Hundreds of millions of years passed between the time of the last dinosaurs and first human.

Not hardly.
Dinosaurs went extinct about 65 million years go. The earliest "know" homo sapien is only about 2.5 million yrs old.
If you use the bible as a "calender", using the 25 yrs per generation, then Adam and Eve were roughly 5000 yr ago.
Maybe they drove an early ford.

I think they probably rode them in the Garden of Eden, since that was their church. Anyplace where you get to carry on direct conversations with God is a church in my book.
