I don't know what state you live in, but if a family member commits rape on another family member, they will suffer the same punishment anyone else would. It takes a lot of courage to face the family with the secrets or fess up but the best thing you can always do is tell the truth, set yourself free of any guilt and get the ******* that did it punished, severely! It is about them and their illness and getting them away from anyone else they could do that to. Good luck.

its not. any rape that occurs whether or not inside the family, the rapist is always punished.
