I'm japanese and have jet black hair that is 1inch below my shoulder. i was thinking about getting red or brown highlights.Like a new hair style for a new school year. Do u think i should get highlights or do u think i should just stay with my orginal hair color?

im asking myself the same question lol..but dont do brown..so overplayed..
try amber or auburn...thats what my hairstylist suggested for me.
=)
im staying natural for now tho. natural always looks good, u can spice up ur hair just hairstyle..
actually Get a temperoray haircolor like for a day or a few weeks and see how u like it before u get permanent!

I think you should stay with your original hair color... but if you like you can get highlights but not color red I think color brown...

I'd keep your original hair. The more I read about the links of Alzheimer's and other health risks via dying, perming and otherwise putting chemicals on your head, the more I like my hair just the way it is. Natural is always better.

Depends on how you feel...I also have black hair and always wanted to get highlights but people told me it ruin your hair and it makes it sensitive but it depends on what kind of hair.

I think you should if thats what you are wanting you mite just like it and your friends will too .highlights do look cool I would say go for it you pick the color.red or brown."brown " id say!
