Asthma is a chronic lung disease that afffects more than 17 million americans.
Every person has their own trigger you can minimize them by avoiding the factors that trigger your symptoms.
Emotional factors alone cannot provoke asthmna, however anxiety and nervous stress can cause fatigue, which may also increase asthma syptoms and aggravate an attack. As with any other chronic health conditions, proper rest, nutrition and excercise are important to the overall well being and can help mange your asthma.
I dont have it but i my niece does.
I suggest when you start to feel your stress level go up take a breather, relax for awhile try medation it always helps!

it has to do with your breathing, not exactly your emotions. When you get excited, start crying or get mad you begin breathing differently. I have severe asthma, and I have had to learn to force myself from getting too excited. Count to ten, think of something else, and make sure you keep your inhaler with you!!!

Ther's no cure for emotions like that. Just use an inhaler and/or breathe slowly and deeply.
