No. It is medically proven that the more yu stretch the better you will feel. Which then translates into better health. Your flexibility is probablly the result of some sort of double joint or a very unique limber musculature. Just continue stretching, but don't strain, and you will continue to become more flexible. It is good for circulation.

The other day, a yoga instructor said she was really flexible and that she has to be careful not to get her bones out of her sockets when she stretches. So - you have to be careful, I guess, to not overstretch.
If you're a reasonable person, it's probably not a bad thing. But you may want to do some strength training, to aid your muscles in supporting your skeleton.

nah, you ever see those yoga people, it's like they have no bones, and they say it's supposed to improve certain aspects of your health(blood circulation, digestion, etc)
