I don't think so.
Suggestions:
-trim your hair about 1 cm every 3-6 months
-eat more calcuim
-massage coconut oil onto scalp. makes hair grow thicker, faster, and stronger
-rub aloe vera onto your schalp
-massage olive oil and then wash after 2/3 hours
suggested shampoos:
-use aloe vera shampoo/conditioner or added w/ aloe vera
- use shampoo with vitamin E
-GNC Ultra Nourishhair
-Body balance from life force
I never tried them since im not into grow hair faster but i collected information from friends/magazines/ and some answers on yahoo.
some people just have genes of hair growing faster and some have hair growing slower i guess. it should grow (without help) about 1 cm a month.
hope your hair will turn out smooth and long!

Just wash your hair, try to leave your brain alone, it doesn't need washing too.

if you want your hair to grow, use pure aloe vera and don't comb it too often.
