I am rewriting a previous question because I came off as a racist which I am not. I simply stated that I have experianced racism first hand. I got spat on and had rocks thrown at me by little 3-5 year old mexican boys at a park. All I did was say hello to them because I thought they were cute, and they lashed out. My question is why such young boys would do that to a girl? Is it their parents who bring them up this way? if so, than what is to become of the youth of our nation, what fate do your childeren face? people need to take action and teach their childeren peace if this country has any hope. Why do people come here for the oppertunities and fight against everything we stand for? It's going to kill us all in the end. . .

First off, I'd like to remind you that some people raise their kids to be nice, some don't. It's not a question of race, economic status, or anything, it's just the way it is. I've seen some rude African American children, rude White kids, there's no lack of mean, rude kids anywhere. Parents are to blame, but toddlers and preschool kids tend to act out no matter who happens to be around sometimes.

You seem to have a pretty bad perceptions of immigrants as a whole...you're saying it's not racist? I'd say it's at least quite discriminatory to generalize what you've experienced from a small group of children. When one makes a generalization based on a small sample of the population it's called discrimination.

Don't be so quick to condemn others. Maybe they've experienced worse than that in their lifetimes. Many of those immigrant children have dealt with the Minute Men, mean police, mean border patrol, etc. You don't really know, many of them have already had some pretty bad experiences.

What is to become of our nation? I'm not sure, I can't see the future. What I know is that I'm raising my children to have respect for everyone's basic humanity. I'm teaching them to love everyone they come across and to treat everyone as decent human beings. I'm teaching them that they can learn something from everyone.

Its a scary world we live in when little kids are so filled with hate. Like you, I cant help but wonder where they learned to treat a person in such a rude manner.
We have a responsibility as parents to teachour children the difference between right and wrong. To be respectful, polite & curteous.

Actually, I agree!
Why the kids would do that is because the parents taught them that.
Just like idiot white supremacist parents teach their kids how to act.
Hey! look at the Middle East!

a child cannot be charged with any crime until 8 years old. Perhaps their parents taught them not to talk to strangers? Or further, I don't know.
