I only know the town they were born, dont know relatives there.
I want to get People of Indian Origin status.
I want to live in Chennai.

If you know the town,year and date of birth there should be arecord i the town registers records.you can get a copy for a price sent to you. Otherwise contact the beureu of Indian affairs and ask them how to do it.
Not all states or cities keep a record of Indian births and deaths especially if they were not christian.
Do you know the tribe in the city or area that they were born in they may have better records keep.
