It does not mattter which day we choose, as long as we are given an opportunity to practice our "Faith"and practices of our Heritage.

u do have tha right. it is against the law 2 fire or cut ones pay or make someone work on the day they go 2 church 2 worship. so yes do do have the right 2 worship on sunday.

You can. There are places for that and the worksplace is not the place. I am not hiring you to practice your faith or your heritage but to do a job. If you are more interested in practicing your faith than doing your job, then go find another job. If you are going to practice it while at work, I would ask you to keep it to yourself and not trouble others.

You have the right to worship anyway you choose.
The only thing you can't do is lie on your application.
So if you apply for a job, have an interview and say that you have no religious or other restrictions, and after you are hired, you say you can't work a certain day or hours in the day, you can be terminated for lying on your application.

as an employer i try to give my employees a three day week end. we work 9 to 12 hours a day. friday through sunday i think covers most religions but yes i believe that an employer should give his workers at least one day to worship as long as it's within reason.
