If biting back is not working try something else. She sounds like she is going through a stage where she will need strict limits. Saying sorry after the fact is not good enough, other wise she will think it's OK to do something wrong as long as she says sorry. there must be a punishment in place. For biting I would suggest spanking, not beating but a good spanking to make her think twice about doing it again. with kids you must stay consistent with punishment, they want limits and she will come around.

Are you serious!! The biting thing probably seems like a game to her since he bites her back!!!
Is he cruel, abusive, or anything like that??
Because that is how I interpret what you have wrote!!!
How old is your daughter??
Is she old enough that if you sit and talk to her and ask her why she does this would she be able to tell you?
Because that is something that should be done. If you can't do it then you need to find someone who can!
Wish I could be more of a help. Good Luck!!

How old is your daughter and how OLD is your husband? Let your daughter know if she bites anyone she will lose privileges or some other appropriate punishment. Your husband needs to enroll in parenting classes before someone reports him for child abuse. If he continues to bite your child, then take your child and yourself and leave. This man may have some serious problems.

this is a touchy situation because there are many reasons for a child to not want to be touched or picked up by someone. There is sexual abuse which i hope it is not, tantrums, and some kids they learn to walk they don't really like to be picked up,they also don't like to go to people or with people who mistreats them.As far as bit ting goes if she can say sorry she can stop bit ting and that's why i believe her dad bites her back.

it could just be a faze she's going through, and dad might be making it worse with his reaction. Don't TRY to tell him, MAKE SURE he understands that he is hurting the problem, not helping. A confrontation while the behavior is going on might be your only option, or if you can, record them while they are behaving this way, then play it back for them, just to show them how foolish they are both acting.

She needs to be put in the no no corner. And only told one time to stop don't feed her anger and tantrums.
