Has nothing to due with Hispanics. It has to due with the majority of the world using the SI metric system.

Love America by drinking its products like the colas in litros because taxes derived from sales will go the US government.

That has nothing to do with Spanish, it has to do with the metric system that my parents rejected, so we were supposed to be the generation that used it naturally, but we rejected it, and now my kids are supposed to grow up using it naturally, but they think it is stupid.

I like cultural differences, myself, and was sorry when EU came up with a single currency and traveling across Europe became less interesting. I like gallons and quarts.

Beverage makers like liters, because they are smaller than quarts and hide the price raise made when the bottling company went to liters from quarts.

They sell gas in liters in Europe, which should tell you something about their price of gas.

uh, the liter thing is european, not south american and the idea of changing over started in the 30' or 40's I think because it's a much simpler system. The USA is the only country that uses feet-pound system.

What the hell are you talking about, liters is nothing new, speak English or learn to spell. When you use ( da) it makes you sound like an idiot.
