If she has had the gummy bear candy and likes it, she may like the vitamins. You may want to be careful a lot of 3 and 4 year olds have a tendency to not chew things well before they swallow them, and she could choke on them. Some companies make liquid children's' vitamins, they may be easier for her to take until she gets a bit older. Best of luck and have a good night!!!

It is by far more important to make sure she eats a healthy balanced diet then to take vitamins. Now is not the time to set a pattern that if a child doesn't like something they can take a pill to solve it. Remember before 30 years ago there were no vitamins for childern and the world got along fine.

Whatever vitamian you chose keep them put up out of reach and locked. So many of them taste like candy and can be deadly for a 3 year old if over dosed on. Thats never happened to me I'm just an over protective parent and stuff like that freaks me out. My daughter is 5 and I just now started giving her vitamins. And for my own piece of mind I give her the ones that she dosent really like but takes because I tell her they will help her grow big and strong.

try chocolate ovaltine. It has ALOT of good vitamins and minerals in it and it will go down easily! It's so good, and you can even sprinkle it ontop of ice cream! Trust me, and she can't over dose on ovaltine like if she got into those gummy bear ones. I heard of liver damage and kidney poisoning because kids think they are CANDY and eat a whole bottle!

Why are you so keen to give her multivitamins? As long as she's eating properly--and a child her age needs surprisingly little to be well-nourished--she shouldn't need them.
There's nothing WRONG with taking them, but kids don't NEED them, either.
I'd save my energy for other battles.

SMASH UP HER VITAMINS AND MIX IT WITH HER FOOD OR JUICE. THE GUMMY BEAR ONES CAN BE SO CHEWY OR SLIPPERY FOR HER.
