I am getting e-mails from all promoters of products, which are supposed to go to bulk mail.

Go to your email settings and correct it. If you still get unwanted mail like that then mark it as spam and it will automatically be blocked from being sent from that sender again.

Something is not set up right, Go to your mail account and options on the right hand side, and see how you have it set up, don't forget to hit save on the bottom of the page.

run your security or anti spy ware programs. evident ally your e- mail program is letting them get through . Don't know what service you use , but you may want to contact them for more answers.

you need to get a spam guard or if you got one you need to turn it on it's on you tool bar

just delete them without opening them..update your spamware..
