Hi i wanted to know some easy i mean easy! recipes for a fruit smoothie or a drink no alchohol. Anything maybe even a regular smoothie but something really tasty with ice and/or milk and/or ice cream in it.

Chocolate Banana Smoothies
2 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (1.4 ounces) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 large ripe frozen bananas, sliced
2 cups coarsely crushed ice cubes
In a blender, combine the milk, pudding mix and vanilla; cover and process until blended. Add the bananas and ice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.

Peach Smoothies
2 cups milk
2 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons sugar
5 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings

Raspberry Smoothies
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.

Pineapple Smoothies
1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup 1% buttermilk
2 cups ice cubes
2 cans (8 ounces each) unsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sugar
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.

Orange Julius
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 to 12 ice cubes
In a blender, combine orange juice, milk, water, sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in lid. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 4-5 servings.

"1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed
4 cups milk
1 pint (2 cups) strawberry ice cream
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
PREPARATION:
In an electric blender, combine half of the strawberries, milk, ice cream, and lemon zest. Blend at high speed for 1 minute; transfer to pitcher or tall glasses. Repeat for second batch.
Strawberry smoothie recipe makes about 8 cups."

Try iced cappichino;4oz milk,1tsp instant coffee,sugar to taste(2tsp),some vanilla or coconut extract or almond extract about 10 ice cubes in a blender.Blend till smoothie strain out any remaining ice cube.It will wake you up!!! Some how the caffeine is amplified

Fruit smoothies, try strawberry, bananna, rasberrys, with icecream. there is a chocloate and peanut butter smooth icecream than add ginger snaps, or the peanut butter cookies and milk , also another fruit is watermellon and strawberry or rasberry.

Banana, Strawberry, blueberry, little bit of milk and cream, ice cream, blend it and if you want it iceier add ice after you blended it.

put the following things into a blender: bannana, strawberries, red wine, and freshly cut apples, dont forget the ice blend it up and tada!

ice carnation milk and cream soda yum yum!

Super Woman Smoothie
Feeds 2 people. 210 calories per person
Ingredients:
2 cup frozen blueberries 160
4-5 strawberries 19
1/8 cup black berries 8
1 1/2 cup Silk™ almond {may be replaced for yogurt or skim milk} 135
1 spoonful peanut butter {optional} 95
3 teaspoons oats 9
{if you have, mint leaves use 2}

First pour in you're Silk™ into the blender. Then add blueberries and strawberries. Then blend on high for 5-10 seconds. Stop and peanut butter and oats. If you have mint add that as well. Blend on high for 5 seconds. Add black berries. Blend on low for 5 seconds. Either garnish with strawberries or put three blackberries/blueberries in a triangle shape on top for looks. Add straw and enjoy.

You may replace meals with this recipe

use frozen fruit pretty much anything you like with a cup of milk and blend and you have your smootie i really like banana but you have to but bananas & freeze first most other fruits come all ready frozen

ok here goes

peaches yogurt
orange juice or mango juice
frozen mangoes and or peaches
ice
Blend and smooth away.

You can raw eggs, soy milk for a protein boost
