my system is a Dish 522, with a dual LNB and I can't seem to get a signal, and switch is not working probably because I think I mayI have connected it up wrong. So mnay connections on the back, and Dish's manual is clear as "mud".

There actually are two companies that provide satellite service to folks with Rv's. Go to or call a large Rv center in your area or RV World on line which is a supplier of Rv accessories and try also Camping World on line. Both of these have stores, catalogs and an on line web site.

newer models often come satellite ready. If you are looking for the built in system you are looking at about 1000 dollars + installlation. You can go the regular mini dish route. You will need a receiver to go with the dish, and a stand for the dish. As far as physically running cable if you are not sat ready. I would go through a window close to the TV.
