Are you also pumping?? Sometimes when I pump too long I get sore for a couple of days. Also if you go too long between feedings and get really full even after you empty them they can stay sore for awhile. But if these don't apply to you then maybe you are pregnant. It is possible to get pregnant while nursing. Only you know your body, if you think you are pregnant take a test. Good luck!!

Well it could be because you have a little 6-7 lb. baby hanging off of them every couple of hours! lol Mine were so sore I cried! They really hurt! It's just from the nursing.

lol I am 12 but anyways.

Nursing can cause breasts to swell and maybe become enlarged because of the constant flow of milk. It is very common to have sore nipples.

And if you are nursing it is very difficult to get pregnant quickly.

Do you have clogged milk ducts? Any lumps? Clogged ducts will cause your breasts to be sore and will lead to mastitis, a breast infection requiring treatment.

If your nipples are sore, it's most likely from your baby's latch. If both your entire breasts are sore, you could be getting your period or you could be pregnant.

Are you sure your baby is latching on correctly? Sometimes if they aren't it can cause them to be sore. And it also can be an early sign of pregnancy, but it sounds more like a latching on problem. Hope that helps a little.
