Floyd Mayweather right now but he hasn't fought any good fighters lately or ever. Pacquiao should be #1 since he fights the best of the best in his superfeatherweight division and annihillates them.

C'mon. Manny Pacquiao is the best right now. He has KO'ed great champs who were never KO'ed before like Barrera and Morales. On top of that, all of his fight is exciting to watch because there are no dull moments, and the anticipation of a knockout is always in the air.

although I like Paquiao, I think Mayweather is it. Paquiao does have impressive punch and speed but he's also been beaten up bad by all 3 top Mexican fighters
