I've just purchased my first bottle of Madeira. I know they are typically aged (or rather can be aged), but according to a wine guide I just picked up, it said it should be drunk young. Broadbent Rainwater, aged three years.

i would drink it but have a few friends over to help yoiu along the way so you dont over do your limit

Age it, wine always tastes better when its aged.

I would age it first and then maybe drink it.
