how much would it cost to adjust the timing on my 95 volvo 850 turbo automatic?

I don't believe you can adjust the timing on a '95 850 Turbo. Pretty sure the timing is adjusted by the computer on that one. If it is adjustable, shouldn't cost too much, as it's about a ten-fifteen minute job.

the timing is computor controled and is not adjusable unless you purchase an after market computer that has been upgreaded for more power.
