Like I said before I have severe DDD among other things. I also have a lawyer and I had the BIG hearing with the ALJ attorney law judge.. now I am giong to the appeals counsil board .. to appeal her decision.. has any have this much trouble????? Thank's

My dad went through hell to get SSI and he is definitely and permanently disabled. They'll tell you that they turn everyone away to prevent fraud but I think it's just lazy governmental employees who hope most will go away and lessen their work load.
I don't know of anyone who has gotten SSI the first time they tried or without a lawyer. It shouldn't be that way, but it appears to be the case.
